【題目】Human Resource Management Course
【到達目標】COURSE OBJECTIVES
Welcome to Human Resource Management Course!
Management is all about people. Regardless of size and type of business, people are the most important resource of any organization. This course introduces students to the basic elements of the human resource management theory and practice including strategic, legal/ethical and functional aspects of managing people in organizations.
LEARNING OUTCOMES
Upon completion of this course students will be able to:
1.Demonstrate the understanding of the context, challenges and active strategic role of HRM.
2.Demonstrate the understanding of the legal and ethical issues that influence HRM.
3.Demonstrate the understanding of the various functional aspects of HRM.
【講義内容】Course Structure and Pedagogy: Combination of theoretical basis (Lectures & readings: Modules A, B and C) and practical implementation (industry based case studies analyses, discussions & debates and the Final Course project).
Various teaching methods listed below will be used in class to enhance the learning process.
Course Structure: Modules A, B and C: ABC of HRM
MODULE A: Strategic aspects of HRM:
MODULE B: Legal aspects of HRM
MODULE C : Module C: Functional aspects of HRM
HRM in Action: Case study analyses and Final Course Project: Team Presentations and Discussions
