【題目】Human Resource Management (HRM) for full-fledged people
It is my idea, but I would like to divide HRM area into two fields. One is HRM for young people, in other words, people before full-fledged. The other one is HRM for full-fledged people. Each HRM has its own concept and contents. The former is HRM A and the latter is HRM B. Students can start any of them.
【到達目標】The goal of HRM B is to understand the basic HRM for full-fledged people. Students can recognize how to get employees' satisfaction (ES), how to decide compensations and make evaluations and how to get good leaders. After studying this class, students can be a introductory level of HRM.
【講義内容】The contents include 1. HRM strategy, 2. Employee Satisfaction, 3. Compensation and Evaluation, 4. Leadership and 5. Communications and future HRM. These contents mainly focus on the full-fledged people over 35 years old.
